We asked one question when we designed these: what is a girl this age proud of, and what is she afraid of? At nine she is proud of being good at things and afraid of being left out. At thirteen she is proud of being taken seriously and afraid of being looked at. At seventeen she is proud of knowing things and afraid of being patronised. Three different answers, so three different parties.
She applies everything herself — we guide, we never apply.
AGES 9-11Glow Lab
AGES 9-11She earns her badges and runs the Reveal.
At nine, being good at something is everything. So we give her real chemistry to measure and mix, not just glitter to pour.
Every girl gets a role badge and a job, so no one is left watching. The Reveal at the end lets each girl show what she made.
What is included
- Station one, The Spa Bar: nail art, face masks, hair tinsel and face gems
- Station two, The Bath Bomb Lab: she measures, mixes and moulds her own
- A robe and spa headband for every guest, plus a warm foot soak

AGES 12-14The Blend Room
AGES 12-14She blends a scent that is entirely her own.
At thirteen, she wants to be taken seriously. Perfumery gives her real top, heart, and base notes to balance — not a single pre-mixed bottle.
She picks her second station herself, so the afternoon follows her taste instead of a script. The compliment box closes the party: every girl writes one thing she admires about another, and each takes hers home unopened.
What is included
- Station one, The Mask Bar: sheet masks, lights low and a karaoke microphone
- Station two, The Craft Bar, she picks one: perfume blending, lip gloss, whipped body butter or a painted canvas

AGES 15-19She makes everything, and takes all of it home.
At seventeen she already knows what she likes. So we teach perfumery properly — top, heart and base notes, fixatives, and why a scent smells different an hour later than it did in the first minute.
Everything she makes goes home with her, labelled in her own handwriting.
