We provide all materials, equipment, decor and staffing described in the package booked, together with full setup and teardown. We arrive approximately forty-five minutes before the stated start time to set up, and remain approximately thirty minutes afterwards to pack down.

The client provides a suitable indoor space with clear floor area sufficient for the guest count, access to running water, reasonable access for loading and unloading, and any food or beverages the client wishes to serve.

THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND RECREATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

They are not professional cosmetology, esthetic, beauty, therapeutic or medical services, and no such service is offered or performed.

All products are for self-application by each participant only. No employee, contractor or representative of GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC applies any product to any participant, and participants are not instructed to apply products to one another. No service is performed on any participant’s hair, skin or nails.

GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC does not prepare, handle or serve food of any kind. Where a mocktail or beverage activity is included, we supply glassware, tools and instruction only; all beverages and any food are supplied and served by the client, who is solely responsible for them, including for any allergen considerations.

A parent, guardian or responsible adult from the client’s household must be present at the premises for the entire duration of the event. This is a condition of booking and is not waivable. If no such adult is present, we reserve the right to decline to proceed, and the booking will be treated as a cancellation by the client.

The client agrees to distribute the correct participant form to every attendee and to use reasonable efforts to ensure it is completed before the event. Participants under age 18 must have the Minor Participant Form completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian. Participants age 18 and over must complete and sign the Adult Participant Form for themselves. A participant whose required form has not been completed may not participate in the activities.

• A non-refundable booking retainer of $150 is due at the time of booking, is applied to the total price, and secures the date once the agreement is signed.
• The balance is due fourteen (14) calendar days before the event. The client may choose to pay some or all of the balance earlier.
• The $150 booking retainer is non-refundable except where GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC cancels the event as set out in clause 9.
• Paying the balance early does not change the client’s cancellation or refund rights. Refund eligibility is determined by the date on which written notice of cancellation is received.
• Additional guests beyond the number booked, if accommodated on the day, are charged at the stated per-guest rate and are payable at the event.

Sales tax. Published and quoted package prices exclude applicable Maryland sales and use tax unless a written quote expressly states otherwise. Where a booking includes taxable tangible goods or taxable equipment-rental components, Maryland sales tax is calculated only on those separately allocated taxable components. Hosted party services, instruction, setup, styling, delivery and pickup are not charged Maryland sales tax where treated as non-taxable services under the applicable tax rules. The final invoice or checkout will identify taxable and non-taxable components and show applicable sales tax separately before payment.

• If the client cancels more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the scheduled event, the $150 booking retainer is retained and any other amounts paid are refunded, less any client-approved, non-recoverable costs already incurred for personalised, custom or special-order items specifically purchased for that event.
• If the client cancels fourteen (14) calendar days or fewer before the scheduled event, all amounts paid toward the booking are non-refundable.
• No separate cancellation fee is charged.
• A request to reschedule made more than fourteen (14) calendar days before the event may be accommodated once, without a rescheduling fee, to a mutually available date within forty-five (45) days of the original event date. All amounts already paid transfer to the rescheduled booking.
• A request to reschedule fourteen (14) calendar days or fewer before the event is subject to availability and GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC’s reasonable discretion because staffing, materials and event preparation may already be committed. If accepted, amounts already paid transfer to the new date; any additional client-approved, non-recoverable costs required because of the late change may be charged separately.
• If GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC cancels the event and cannot provide a mutually acceptable replacement date, all amounts paid are refunded in full.
• If severe weather or other conditions beyond either party’s reasonable control make travel or delivery unsafe, the event is rescheduled at no charge and all amounts paid transfer to the rescheduled date.

The event begins at the booked start time regardless of guest arrival. Guests who arrive late may join activities in progress without a fee.

Late starts and additional hosting time. If the host asks us to delay the scheduled start of a hosted party, we may allow up to 30 minutes of additional waiting at no charge, subject to availability. Further client-requested waiting or hosting time that we agree to accommodate is charged at $50 for each additional 30-minute block. We will explain the charge and obtain the host’s agreement before any chargeable time begins. Extensions are not guaranteed. Where an extension cannot be accommodated or is declined, the event ends at its originally booked time and remaining activities may be shortened. No charge applies to delays caused by Glow In Grace. These terms apply only to new bookings accepting the current agreement; existing signed agreements remain unchanged.

Standard private-party pricing applies up to twelve (12) participants total, including the guest of honour, who is included in the headcount but is not charged for. Larger group bookings may be accepted up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) participants, subject to venue suitability, activity format, staffing availability and a custom quote. Glow In Grace staffs larger groups at no more than seven (7) participating guests per Glow In Grace attendant, with a minimum of two Glow In Grace adults present at hosted events. Nail polish must be removed before arrival; where removal is required on the day, a charge of $5 per guest applies.

We take reasonable care in the client’s home, including the use of protective coverings under all activity stations. The client acknowledges that craft and cosmetic materials are in use and agrees that GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC is not liable for ordinary wear, pre-existing conditions, or damage not caused by our negligence.

For sleepover bookings, a separate refundable $100 equipment deposit is collected by cash or cheque at setup. It is returned at collection after the equipment is checked, less any agreed charge for missing items, damage, or cleaning beyond normal use. Where the chargeable amount exceeds $100, the remaining balance is payable by the client.

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, the total aggregate liability of GLOW IN GRACE CREATIVE STUDIO LLC arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the booking. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in this agreement is intended to waive or limit any liability that Maryland law does not permit to be waived or limited, including liability for gross negligence, reckless misconduct or intentional misconduct.

Photographs are taken only in accordance with the separate Photo & Media Consent form completed by each child’s parent or guardian. No image of an identifiable child is published without that written consent.

This agreement, together with the forms referenced within it, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Amendments must be in writing and agreed by both parties.

Pricing transparency. The client acknowledges that any applicable Maryland sales tax is shown separately from the package price and applies only to taxable goods and/or equipment-rental components identified in the booking or final checkout.

The parties agree that this booking may be completed electronically. An electronic signature or electronic record may be used to evidence acceptance of this agreement. After signing, the client will be provided with an electronic copy that can be retained for their records.
